Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
The RICS was founded in 1868 and is an independent organisation, which acts in the public interest. It sets and regulates standards of competence and integrity among members, and provides authoritative and impartial advice on issues for businesses and governments worldwide. The RICS provides the world's leading professional qualification in surveying and the associated environmental issues.

The Ecclesiastical Architects & Surveyors Association (EASA)
The EASA is a society, which was founded in 1872. The objective of the EASA is to promote high standards of design and repair for ecclesiastical structures; these structures may be churches, chapels, parsonage houses, halls or other such buildings, throughout all denominations.
All EASA membership applicants must first obtain Associate status. Full membership may be offered to Associates once the requirements of the EASA committee have been satisfied. There are a number of rules, which members of the association must abide by to maintain membership status. EASA members have exclusive access to the members' area online.
